SMS Privacy Policy

La Traverna LLC (“La Traverna,” “we,” “us”) operates an internal SMS alert system to notify staff of event inquiries and operational matters. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect phone number information in connection with that system.
1. Information We Collect
We collect mobile phone numbers provided directly by La Traverna staff members for the purpose of receiving internal operational text message alerts. We do not collect phone numbers from customers or the general public through this system.
2. How We Use Your Information
Phone numbers are used exclusively to send internal operational alerts to La Traverna employees and contractors, including notifications of new event inquiries received at info@latraverna.com. We do not use phone numbers for marketing purposes.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on inquiry volume. Recipients may receive several messages per week during busy periods and fewer during slow periods.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio, Inc., our SMS delivery provider, solely for the purpose of message delivery. Twilio’s privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
5. Data Retention
Phone numbers are retained for as long as the individual is an active staff member of La Traverna. Numbers are removed from our system upon departure or upon request.
6. Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. Opting out will remove the recipient from the alert system. To re-enroll, contact La Traverna management.
7. Security
Phone numbers are stored within our internal automation systems and are not publicly accessible. We take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the La Traverna LLC internal SMS alert program. By providing a mobile phone number and receiving messages from this program, participants agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
La Traverna LLC operates an internal SMS notification system that sends alerts to staff when new event inquiries are received. This is an operational program for La Traverna employees and contractors only. It is not a marketing program and is not open to the public.
2. Enrollment
Participation is limited to La Traverna staff whose phone numbers are added to the system by La Traverna management. By accepting enrollment, participants consent to receive SMS messages from this program.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Participants may receive multiple messages per day during high-inquiry periods. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
4. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. To re-enroll, contact La Traverna management directly.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
La Traverna LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to These Terms
La Traverna LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
