Is both indoor and outdoor space included in the rental?
Yes. Every booking includes exclusive use of our indoor venue and surrounding outdoor spaces.
How many guests can La Traverna accommodate?
We can host up to 250 guests across our indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoor dining is best suited for up to 100 seated guests.
Is there a weather backup plan?
Absolutely. We have a large covered patio and spacious indoor areas to ensure your day goes smoothly, rain or shine.
Are there suites for getting ready?
Yes. We offer separate, spacious suites for each partner and their wedding party.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes! We have trusted recommended vendors for every service, but you’re welcome to bring your own. If you choose to use an off-list bartender, caterer, or valet, a fee applies, and they must be licensed and insured. For all other vendor types, you’re free to choose whomever you’d like – no fee required. You can access our list here.
Can we serve alcohol at our event?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender, in accordance with Washington State laws. We maintain a list of preferred bartending partners who are already approved and insured for events at La Traverna. If you choose to work with a bartender outside of our preferred list, an additional review fee applies to cover vendor vetting, insurance verification, and compliance review.
Is a day-of coordinator required?
To ensure your day runs smoothly, we do require a professional day of coordinator who is not a member of your wedding party. We are happy to share recommendations for the coordinators we trust and love working with.
When does music need to end?
Music concludes at 9:00 PM, allowing time for a smooth wrap-up and guest departure by 10:00 PM.
What are your payment terms?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is split into payments due at 6 months, 90 days, and 30 days before your event.
What are your rental rates for Weddings?
Our rental rates vary by year and by the scope of each event. We work closely with every client to understand their vision, guest count, and event needs, and then create pricing that’s tailored to their specific celebration. Starting prices for weddings can be found on our pricing page here.
What hours are included for Wedding rentals?
Our standard rental includes 12 hours of venue access, from 10 am to 10 pm.
What if I want to rent your venue for a private party or corporate event?
We’re happy to host private parties and corporate events of all kinds. These events follow a different pricing structure and logistics than weddings, so we handle them through direct inquiry. Please email events@latraverna.com with your event type, estimated guest count, and preferred date, and our team will share availability, pricing, and next steps.
