Is both indoor and outdoor space included in the rental?
Yes. Every booking includes exclusive use of our indoor venue and surrounding outdoor spaces.
How many guests can La Traverna accommodate?
We can host up to 250 guests across our indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoor dining is best suited for up to 100 seated guests.
Is there a weather backup plan?
Absolutely. We have a large covered patio and spacious indoor areas to ensure your day goes smoothly, rain or shine.
Are there suites for getting ready?
Yes. We offer separate, spacious suites for each partner and their wedding party.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes! We have trusted recommended vendors for every service, but you’re welcome to bring your own. If you choose to use an off-list bartender, caterer, or valet, a fee applies, and they must be licensed and insured. For all other vendor types, you’re free to choose whomever you’d like – no fee required.
Can we serve alcohol at our event?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender, following WA State laws.
Is a day-of coordinator required?
Yes. We require at least a day-of coordinator for all events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
When does music need to end?
Outdoor music can play until 9:45 PM. Indoor celebrations can extend later with an additional fee.
What are your payment terms?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is split into payments due at 6 months, 90 days, and 30 days before your event.
What are your rental rates?
– High Season (May – October): From $6,500
– Mid Season (March – April, November): From $5,500
– Low Season (December – February): From $4,500
All wedding rentals include up to 250 guests and 10 hours of venue use. Final quotes may vary depending on guest count, event layout, and specific needs.
